Description

At DMU, we pay special attention to our customer service. It is the bridge between our clients and our development team.

The position requires a training (trial) month without any payments, but the tasks are minimal and basic. The position doesn’t have a fixed schedule, the specialist is able to work whenever they are available as long as they meet their given tasks’ deadlines.

All client interactions must meet DMU’s working schedule (9:00 – 18:00). Email & communication scheduling is an option.

Responsibilities

  • Send required emails before the given deadline.
  • Transfer customer requests to the management software.
  • Informing customers about the expiration of active packages.
  • Creating proposals & sending them to the customer.
  • Communication and guidance to our clients throughout their partnership with DMU.
  • Download and save accounting files.
  • Receive and save signed proposals.
  • Receive and save payment receipts.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and usage of the Greek & English language.
  • Specialist must be studying or have studied higher education.
  • Good computer skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Past experience on a related field.
  • Be a university student or graduate of any field .
