Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Customize themes, plugins, and functionalities to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, content creators, and other team members to implement website features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Analyze and optimize code for website speed and performance.
  • Implement responsive designs to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
  • Manage website maintenance, updates, backups, and security protocols.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients or internal teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in WordPress development and design.
  • A degree in any field, demonstrating the ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in PHP and MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor and popular addons.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Familiarity with common WordPress troubleshooting methods.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
  • Knowledge of Crocoblock and JetEngine plugins.
  • Experience with WooCommerce for eCommerce projects.
  • Understanding of hosting and server management systems (e.g., Apache, Nginx, cPanel).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website speed optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of website translation using WPML.
  • Experience with integrating APIs and third-party services.
