DMU, as a company that focuses on the best possible service to our customers, developed the platform to fulfill our customer needs and make the management of their services, products and packages simple and easy to use.
Our customers by using the platform are able:
- To view a complete list of all their invoices / receipts and can easily save them as PDFs and print them.
- To view detailed information about their active services and products as well as their maintenance packages, social media management, and advertisement campaigns.
- To manage the services mentioned above. Edit their information, change their billing cycle, pay them, etc.
- To view complete statistics of their website, social media, and advertisement campaigns.
- To manage their account and verify it.
- To access emergency contact ways.
The platform is still in beta but we are planning on fully launching the project in early 2022. To access the platform you need to be an active DMU customer.
